Mr. Parveen Jain

Chairman & Managing Director, Tulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd.

Tulip Infratech was founded in 2005 under the leadership of Mr. Parveen Jain, a first-generation entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience across construction, real estate and development. Under his guidance, Tulip Infratech grew into an ISO 9001-certified company with a residential portfolio spanning Sonipat and multiple sectors of Gurugram — from the group's founding project, Tulip Grand, through to its current pipeline of high-rise launches on SPR Road and Golf Course Road.

Tulip Group Milestones

2005Tulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd. founded by Mr. Parveen Jain (CMD) in Gurugram, with registered office on Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi.

First ProjectTulip Grand launched in Sector 35, Sonipat — the group's founding residential address, close to O.P. Jindal Global University.

Expansion into GurugramTulip Group establishes itself across Sector 69, 70 and 89, delivering Tulip Purple, White, Yellow, Orange, Lemon, Petals, Leaf, Ivory and Ace.

ISO 9001 CertificationTulip Infratech achieves ISO 9001 certification, formalising the quality-management standards behind its construction process.

Township ScaleTulip Violet delivered at township scale — 25 towers across ~33 acres in Sector 69, anchored by a golf-putting green.

Current PipelineNew launches and under-construction high-rises — Tulip Crimson, Tulip Monsella, Tulip Melrose and Tulip Violet Extension — take the portfolio into Golf Course Road and further along SPR Road.
